Cleanliness of the rooms enhanced my overall experience. The hotel's proximity to the beach allowed for spontaneous beach walks. While the breakfast choices were somewhat limited, I appreciated the fresh coffee and croissants. Minor noise from the street was a distraction at times.

Smooth check in and late check out. Brand-new and great-sized rooms with a safe, a hair dryer and a writing desk. Perfect and excellent location away from main tourist spots, and 10 minute walk from a bustling seafront park.

The stay was enjoyable with a spacious room featuring a small fridge and a balcony. Located just a couple of minutes from the beach, it was ideal for our beach walks. The breakfast was decent, offering a warm bun and croissant for just over six euros, which wasn't bad for the value. it made our short trip to explore nearby attractions like Playa Las Canteras and Poema De Mar quite pleasant.

The rooftop area offers a nice, peaceful escape with loungers, perfect for grabbing some sun and enjoying a book in solitude. The location puts you a mere 30 seconds from the beach, and the proximity to local cafes like Granier makes mornings really good with fresh coffee and pastries.

The shower handle in my room was ancient and a bit dangerous, so be cautious. On top of that, the noise levels were a bit troublesome at times. There's a hidden platform for luggage that I couldn't find initially, and carrying bags up the stairs was a hassle. The windows in my interior room faced other rooms, which compromises privacy, and there was no air conditioning-a big drawback during hotter months.

Read reviews from other travellers which described the hotel as excellent value for money. Indeed it was. Room was quite large and very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Its location: quite far from the old town but bus sevices are good

The hotel is in a very convenient location - near the beach, local bus stops but about 5 small city blocks from the airport bus station. Free internet (finally!)

Not sure if it was the island or our room, but it was very damp. Opening the windows didn't seem to help.

Excellent beach location, just 50 meters away! Noise from the street during the night was bothersome.

The informations about the location - We didn't know that there was no real attraction in Las Palmas, we had to go all the way through the south for that

The shower handle was quite outdated!!! Noise from the bustling surrounding area could be quite bothersome at night!!! A more thorough soundproofing solution would elevate the experience significantly!!!

It is located in the center of the town, very close to the beach an to the commercial center.

Good location less than 100m from Playa de Las Canteras. It's about a 5 minute walk from Parque Santa Catalina from where you can get buses to the rest of city. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained with friendly, helpful staff. The wi-fi worked fine and there was a safe in the room large enough for all but most ludicrously sized laptop. Unlike some other hotels in this area you don't have to pay extra for the safe and as it is electronic you don't get lumbered with a huge key to carry around (yes Hotel Concorde, I'm looking at you).

There is a fair amount of traffic noise but then that is pretty much unavoidable in Las Palmas. With the windows closed it shouldn't keep you awake. I wasn't overly impressed with the food the one night I ate in the restaurant but that isn't really a problem as there are plenty of other places to eat within a short distance. So don't be lazy - go out to eat.
